저희는 프랑스의 두 젊은 친구들입니다. 저희는 런던(Christophe)과 벤쿠버(Xavier)에서 각각 유학 생활을 하면서 많은 사람들을 만났습니다. 그 중에서도 특히 많은 한국 친구들을 만났었는데 그들과 많은 점을 함께 나누며 우정을 쌓았습니다.
저희는 젊은 패기와 열정이 있습니다. 그래서 저희는 이 패기과 열정을 가지고 좀 더 색다르고 혁신적인 방법으로 프렌치 레스토랑을 한국에 오픈할 계획에 있습니다. 그리고 이 레스토랑에서는 프랑스의 대표 음식인 와인-치즈-베이커리를 제공할 것입니다.
저희는 프랑스 최고의 음식들을 여러분께 제공함으로써 여러분 삶에 기쁨을 드리고 싶습니다. 또한 프랑스인으로서 이런 행운을 갖게 되어 큰 영광이며 이런 행운을 많은 분들과 함께 나누고 싶습니다.
저희는 유학 중에 만난 한국 친구들과 많은 추억을 함께 하게 되어 진심으로 감사하게 생각하고 있으며, 이제는 프랑스 최고의 것들을 여러분께 제공함으로써 그 감사함에 보답하려 합니다.

We are 2 young French friends, and while our respective travel for studies (Christophe in London and Xavier in Vancouver) we have meet many people. The thing is we dropped on and meet korean boys and girls, and as we can say : we really got along with you on many points !
We are passionated and ambitious, and we want to run our first business concerning a possible opening of a French bar-restaurant, with many new and innovating process to offer you that we think we have the best in France : our cheese - our wine - our bakery !
We want to offer you the best from our country, to make you happy with our products. We are lucky to be French and we want to share this luck with you, because as we said : we liked our meet with Korean people, and we want to give them back offering that we think we have the best from our country !
